Try clicking on "file", then "save as". You should get an option letting you choose where to save the file. Are you trying to save a web page?

I am guessing that you want to copy a webpage, not a file.
    try
    File / Save As ...

If you want to copy "text" from a page - first use your mouse and select the text, and then use the Edit menu - copy it and paste it over to Notepad or some other app

    cheers
