Copying email addresses

I would like to know if anyone can tell me how I can copy email addresses to my address book from an email received. The addresses are those to which the original email was sent. I am taking over distribution of a club newsletter and will be emailing the newsletter to the group who received the first email.

If you are using Outlook Express simply click "Tools" then "Options" and when the window opens click the "Send" tab and check the box that says "Automatically put people I reply to in my address book".

Then click apply and ok.

Next have the original club leader send a mass email out to all the club members (including you). Then simply reply to that email by clicking "Reply all", type a short message or something, then send it. All emails it got sent out to will be added to your address book.
