I'm having problems with my laptop which has windows vista. I'll switch it on and it won't go through to start up- it freezes- all you see is the black screen. When i have restarted the computer it does a scan cos it hasn't been shut down properly it then gets to the part where you sign in. There is a message saying i have a corrupt file and to do a chkdsk. I sign in and the computer goes thru its paces and then it completely freezes. What do I do? How do i fix this problem?
