Corrupte File

    I keep getting a message from ZoneAlarm Security Suite saying i have a corrupt file - zlclient.exe C:\windows\internetlogs\tvdebug.log.. I've tried running chkdsk /f but it says the file is locked..
    Can someone please help I dont know enough about computers to figure this one out lol.

    Are you rebooting after answering "Y" to all the questions in chkdsk? It can't fix anything when Windows is running.

    If zclient is the problem, you need to reinstall ZA.

    Chkdsk doesnt ask me any question i type in chkdsk /f n it says "the type of file system is NTSF. Cannot lock current drive

    There definitely should be a question after that. Try running cmd and then chkdsk /f in the command window.

    I uninstalled ZoneAlarm n reinstalled n the message is not coming up anymore... I ran chkdsk when staring up computer n it said everything was fine..

    You should be good then. But make sure that it doesn't come back again.
