I'm using IE6 & Aol6.0 I'm getting Illegal Operation Kernel32.Dll@016f:bff7b9a6, when I run System File Checker it says I have Corrupted file mssign32.dll Location C:\\Windows\Systems
I have no idea what to do now. I know very little about computers so if someone can walk me through this. What caused this? Was it something I did? Thanks for all advice.

Go back to SFC, click on the settings button. It should list your default backup location, C:\WINDOWS\helpdesk\SFC.

Restore from C:\WINDOWS\options\cabs

Can you tell us the exact illegal operation error and exactly when you're getting it? It would be something like "IExplorer caused an invalid page fault in kernel32.dll". You only mentioned kernel32.dll.
