I have a new computer and my headphones are getting buzzing, i don't think this happened before i moved my hard drive, which i moved up. now it is much closer to the headphone jack than before could it be causing the static? it's still far away though

i added a psu to the computer as well for a gfx card, and the computer shut off sometimes when i plugged in a usb and once when i plugged in the headphones. once it booted up when i put a wireless card in. i didn't fry any circuitry did i?

Detailed computer specs would help greatly.
