Hi.. Have a new (to me) notebook and cannot find a method to restore it to factory settings, like if purchased new. Decided to keep it as is so ran scans and ultimately found, within the System32 foler, the following three files:

SppExtComObj
SppExtComObjHook
SppExtComObjPatcher

Scan was run with Zemana and the threat was quarantined (will include log). I've since only find the first and third files still on my machine ("Hook" was quarantined). Any and all help with completely removing all threats (or factory restoring my machine) would be highly appreciated.
