Hey, soon i wanted to overclock my Amd athlon ii x4 640 so i wanted to ask for some suitable cpu coolers which are quite cheap and also effective, i wanted to look at around 15 - 25 pound? is there any that you would suggest?

    Thanks in advance.

A good cooler to cope with the extra heat output from overclocking is going to be at least twice what you wish to spend.

That is the exact same cooler I recently fitted on my own PC. I got mine from eBay, this is the link to the sellers shop. If you are wanting max cooling for overclocking then I would suggest the unit with two fans. You could try it with one fan and see how it goes, just depends how hard you are going to push the CPU. A little more expensive than Newegg though.

The are other factors besides cooling that can limit overclock maximums.

Whether your motherboard and RAM can handle voltage increases...chipset cooling...processor quality...power supply stability...
