CPU keep starting over and over

    I have a computer that boots up and windows starts then shuts down and restarts. I have even installed my recovery disk and it still keeps doing the same thing.

    I also suspected it could have been a power problem and replaced the power supply, but that did not work either.

    I checked my fan over the chip and it is working O.K.

    Could it be something on the mother board heating up and tripping the system off line??????
