Hello guys, I bought a pc in Best buy a few years ago (Think it was in the end of 2013). Basically it seems after windows 10 my Cpu and Hard drive have gone south. I've tried the Regedit solution and it seems not to have fixed it properly, as it's still going over 50% when its running.
I've tried disabling Superfetch but that did not fix it either.
It's driving me crazy as it takes me so long to just open chrome and the basic programs. Any advice?
