CPU sucker

argh, so i'm frustrated to no end now X_x;

i've been trying to get rid of this thing in my task manager processes...

it's named nopdb.exe, and from what i've researched its apparently sapposed to be from Norton, but i have never had any norton stuff on this computer before.

also, i keep ending the process but it keeps coming back on its own, and using up to 99 CPU and slowing down my whole computer and uughh...help =[
