CPU Temerature

    I have upgraded to a Palomino 1600xp and everything is running nicely. The chip is running at a temperature of 40degrees.
    Is this okay? What is the recommended temerature limit? When do these chips fry???

    I take it that in Celcus, if so thats about right, AMD's tend to run alittle on the hot side.

    Try this program called MBM5, I have been useing it for a few months, it monitors your motherboard systems like , CPU temp, fan speeds, voltage ect....
