    Just got a new Athlon Xp2600 with 512mb ram 120gb H/D and a 128mb Radeon card
But I've found CPU usage is running around 90% all the time even when I have no apps running any ideas. At times the Pc has completely locked up .. I've checked for any virus but found none.
I've used Hijack this and here is the log :

    1) Test in safe mode to see if issue is still present
    2) You can remove the following entries :

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Cmaudio] RunDll32 cmicnfg.cpl,CMICtrlWnd
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpeedTouch USB Diagnostics] "C:\Program Files\Alcatel\SpeedTouch USB\Dragdiag.exe" /icon
