Crashing Computer

My computer keeps falling over and coming up with a blue screen.
It is saying to disable BIOS memory options in caching or shadowing....How do i go about this????
It mainly happens when on the internet..

if you dont know how.........dont do.
lets see if we can find out WHY.
what version of windows are you using?
what is the exact error message you get.

I am running Windows XP pro
Cant say exactly what the error message was, will write it down next time i see it..
But it was mainly disabling Bios memory options on caching or shadowing..
It happens mainly when on the internet!!!!
