I was after an app to create m3u playlists easily from folders of mp3 albums.
I read about and tried some freeware & shareware which was not very good - until I was told of a solution sitting right under my nose.

I use Winamp 2.91 anyway and it will do it - no plugins necessary.

Load up all the tracks into the playlist in the right order (drag & drop works).
In the bottom right of the playlist box is a grey square called "list opts" click that, then click the middle box "save list". You will have to navigate back to the folder where the album is - type in the name for the m3u file ( i copy & past the album name ) and Bob's your uncle.

Now you can load the whole album by just double-clicking the m3u file.

If u dont have it alredy winamp 2.91 is available here:

    Happy M3u-ing;)
