I have Samsung Netbook [Windows 7 Starter] and my Factory recovery CD, [so privacy and intent not issue]. The problem is that I forgot Windows password. Password can be reset using a USB However. I am not able to figure out how to create flash drive media option [the netbook has no CD drive, so using recovery CD is very inconvenient]. Does anyone know how to create the flash drive option to use for recovery and reset? I suppose I have the same question for a boot disk equivalent, since booting from the factory CD is a hassle. I am novice so I don't know how to create these boot disc type things on a flash drive.

I don't know what a "Factory recovery CD" is, but if a CD was included with your Samsung netbook (w/o optical drive) purchase you should contact Samsung and request a USB "Factory recovery" flash drive instead.
