Creating Excel 2010 sorting macros for data that constantly changes

    I know how to create a simple macros via the 'record macros' function, however I need to create one that will sort data by columns. This is challenging as my data is constantly changing - one day I will have 400 records, the next I will have 350. Advice on how to create this macros would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you.

    Perhaps an example of the workbook would help. And too are you wanting a sort when something changes, or a command button?
