We currently use a program called FormDocs, for creating/Filling in forms on our network. These can be printed off, emailed etc. We have found out that this will no longer be compatible with newer versions of Windows. Something to do with being 16bit or 32bit, or something. Anyway our IT department say it won't work. They suggested InfoPath, which is part of Office, but it just doesn't do what FormDocs does. Can anyone recommend any software that will be compatible with new versions of Windows.

You would probably do better in the Business Applications forum. Maybe you could request a moderator to move it rather than have two.

Two suggestions: Adobe Acrobat, which works, but won't normally let you save the information, or PureEdge Forms which does.

PureEdge is what the military uses for the 150 kabillion forms we have to fill out everyday.

Formdocs works fine on the latest Windows Operating System (VISTA) with the following limitations:
    1. PDF converter is not supported
    2. Document converter is not supported

But an upgrade to solve these issues will be available at the end of August 2007. This info was received from the helpful folks at Formdocs Tech Support Department
