I think this is a super-simple one...Can you create screenshots of any application? If so, how? I'm making a training manual using Word for a Windows-based application and I'd like to include screenshots. I've tried ctrl-printscrn. Doesn't do it...

    Any advice? Thanks in advance...

Have you tried pressing Alt>PrintScreen and then opening Microsoft Word and selecting Edit>Paste?
