Creating Space

Hi,
I'm running out of space on my C drive which is on my 120g SanDisk (Disk 0). However, all of my free space is on my Toshiba (Disk 1). Since they are physically different disk, how can I expand my C drive? Do I need an external drive? I've tried pruning C drive using all the conventional methods and am running out of options.
Thanks for any help.

You will keep running out of space 120gig is never going to be enough.
buy a new larger SSD (at least 500gig) and clone the c drive and replace.
This is a simple process.
For the price difference a 1TB drive might be better your D drive is getting full
