I'm getting Blue screen memory error 7E a few minutes after starting normal vista. Safe mode works. I recently had a bad adware/Virus problem, which caused this. System restore also will not work. I have tried a registry repairing software, but no dice. Any help?

"registry repairing software" - never work, they are a waste of time, and if you buy them, you are getting ripped off. sometimes, they can cause more damage.

There are a number of things that can cause this problem.

A google search for 0x0000007E will give you a number of hits for this error and many different solutions. I would start with the MS KB930979

And or look through the hundreds of other posts that may help with this, it is very broad range of things that can cause this issue, from hardware to software to drivers.
