I just purchased and installed the Cucusoftware DVD to Zune program today (download, not a CD) I entered my registration code and e-mail to get started. I put my first DVD in and it starts the process of turning it into a file my Zune can read (default WMA-2 I believe). But within a few minutes my computer turns off. Not a windows shutdown, but it seems more like a hard log, as though someone pulled the plug.
I started it back up, ran the program again (it asked for my registration and e-mail again) I tried the same DVD again with the same result. I tried a third time, same thing. I tried a different DVD, same shutdown problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and put in my registration code and e-mail in again. Though it doesn't help.
This is a window's XP professional OS, with the window's Zune software already installed and working fine. I have all my windows updates, and even ran virus and spyware check to be sure that wasn't the problem. I even made sure the back of the computer was clean of dust and the cooling fans were working fine to be sure my system wasn't shutting down due to over heating.
Any help would be wonderful. Please ask if anymore information is needed to possibly troubleshoot this.
Thank you,
Elizabeth
