What causes my curser to go crazy, i.e.; move on it's own. It kinda floats across the screen. Sometimes I can even control it. What is the fix on this?

What type of mouse is it? Often wireless can have radio interference, and optical can have particles in the eye that cause movement.
Check the connection on the computer, if its loose set it firmly.

If you have a mouse setup utility then use it to adjust it and see if that helps.

Or you can try the windows mouse config utility, click start, then control panel, then printers and other hardware, then mouse. Play with the settings a little to see if it stops.
