I just upgraded my custom build from Windows XP to Windows 7 and I have no sound on it. It shows that a "Digital Audio (S/PDIF)" as the default device, and even though I have speakers it says "Not Plugged In". Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?

I have absolutely no idea. Though I don't think so. Let me put up a pic of my computer properties and see what I need. Just one minute.
