customize the programs folder icon

I was thinking since I go to the program folder often it sure would be nice if
it could stand out from the rest. I see other folders can be customized but
not programs..... so any ideas..Sure would be nice if it were a different color so you can go right to it.... I don't want a shortcut to it... that I can do................ Joel

When you say Programs Icon, but not a shortcut, what do you mean? Are you saying the icon that is shown when you go to Start, and before you click on Programs?
