CWS keeps coming back

    Everytime I run webroots spysweeper It finds a cws threat. I don't understand why it keeps popping up, even after I tell spysweeper to remove it. Someone want to help me....

    :D WOW :D Thanks for the quick response. This is where the file is located. It appears only when I watch a video from browser.

    Looks like a false positive. I'd tell SpySweeper to ignore it.

    If you haven't done it lately, click Options - Update Program. Version 4.5.5.604 was just released to replace version 4.0.3.363. It'll bring up the website so you can download and install it. The update is over 1 MB larger than the previous version, so I'm guessing that some major changes were made.

    Click Start - Run, type in MSCONFIG, then click OK - Startup(tab). If qttask is listed there, remove the checkmark from it, click Apply - OK, then reboot. When the SCU window appears during reboot, place a checkmark in it, then click OK.
