Hi - please help. I need to find some cyber-security associations that I can join and then display on my website. Does anyone know of any? & some cybersecurity accredations/certificates to display also.

Thanks in advance, appreciate any help i can get.

Probably the main concern here is the matter of earning the accreditations/certificates if the intent is to promote yourself as a security expert of some kind. If you have not earned any accreditations/certificates then you would not be able to do that even if you do have skills acquired in some other way. If the intent is just to supply security related links to people visiting your site then there are a good number of them and I could help you with that.

Note that I am a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Profession) certified by ISC2. You can find my Acclaim certification badge at:

https://www.youracclaim.com/badges/acf58471-415c-4f44-9964-33b6854ec223

This particular accreditation takes years to acquire, requires proof of years of experience in the security field, requires that one be vouched for by another CISSP, and is a bit expensive to get. So if you are looking to obtain certifications you would probably need to look for things that are considerably more basic. Most accreditations that are backed by recognized certifying organizations are expensive, difficult, and time consuming to obtain. However, there might be some programs that you could pursue online and obtain some meaningful certifications with a more reasonable investment of time and money. I cannot point you at any right now but if you are interested in attempting something like that I could help you to evaluate different programs.

This site (techguy.org) does provide a link to a site that coordinates several malware specialist training programs but you would do best to discuss that with a malware specialist on this site. These training programs are offered on a somewhat restrictive basis in terms of what your intent is regarding them and how you can use the skills you acquire if your were to complete one of them. Basically the restriction is to use the skills only for providing voluntary help to others within the context of rules established by sites like this one. If that fits with your interests it might be a viable route for you but your message does not really sound like that is what you want to do.
