Ok, for sometime i have put up with this, Originally every time i would up My Documents for longer then 5 Seconds i would get this error, then it'd close slowly, if i did this again before resetting it'd normally freeze my pc and i'd have to use alt+tab to navigate, and i would normally have to end the doctorwatson32 process to unfreeze it, But lately it has seemed to have spread to my Root file on my desktop, after i dumped a few files ( Not from My Documents) In there and the same error is happening there, So i grew sick and PRESUMED It was Data Execution Prevention Causing this, So i went to Control Panel, System, Advanced Settings, and Disabled it for windows explorer, But instead of Fixing this now it just does this.

I also attempted to copy my root folder into my music, and now the same thing happens there, (Note: The folder was copied, not individual files)

Is there a remedy for this situation, Any help would be greatly appreciated, This seems to be 100% related with windows explorer, as it even crashes whilst browsing files to upload in firefox etc.

Are you sure you diabled it for windows exeplorer? You have to select the second option (turn on for all services except those I select) and the you need to put a checkmark IN the box for Windows Explorer it to disable. I ask because there have been more than one instance when someone has been confused on this point. :)

Click Start, click Run, type eventvwr.msc in the Open box, and then press Enter.
    Click the Application category.

Look For Recent Errors > Double Click on them > Another Windows Will open > On the Right Side use the Double Notepad icon to copy the error paste them here
