I was working on an excel file at a friends house. When I was done I reviewed the data I had compiled and decided that some of the columns were redundant so I decided to delete them. I then emailed myself the file and left for a business trip the next day. I then deleted the excel file from my friend's computer thinking I would not need him to have this information. I have the emailed version of the file but now realize that some of the data I deleted prior to me emailing myself I need. Is the data hidden anywhere in the emailed version of the file? Thanks.

You will not be surprised to know - I am sure - that as the file was emailed to you AFTER the data had been deleted from Excel, the email cannot possibly contain the deleted data
