DC having problem - from dcdiag & replmon

    (ISSUE 1)
    i run dcdiag on one of the Windows Server 2003 Domain Controller at Beijing Site office, below are some errors extract from the result;

    Starting test: Advertising
    Warning: GODC1BJ is not advertising as a Key Distribution Center.
    Check that the Directory has started.
    ......................... GODC1BJ failed test Advertising

    Starting test: Services
    kdc Service is stopped on [GODC1BJ]
    ......................... GODC1BJ failed test Services

    SYSVOL has been shared. Failing SYSVOL replication problems may cause
    Group Policy problems.

    Note : GODC1BJ is set to Global Catalog & BridgeHead

    when run repadmin /showrepl, getting below result ;

    (Note : this DC is in Malaysia, KL, is at our HQ, this is first DC for Domain gentingoil.root.net & is holding FSMO role : PDC Emulator, RID Master, Infra Master)

    (ISSUE 2)
    i try to add another DC at Malaysia site office on replmon program, getting error 'the server (GSDC2PN) could not be contacted or you had insufficient permissions to read the status of the server'

    any helps will be much appreciate. Thanks in advance
