De-activating Network Password

    I posted this on the Networking Forum.......It might be more of a security problem so I am submitting it here:

    I can not access my web site(http://home.attbi.com/~dupross/) unless I go through a dropdown menu that asks for the NETWORK PASSWORD. How can I eliminate the password so others can access my web site.
