On my real player I get a message saying: Unable to render video; IV50 decompressor not found. Also on some other videos I am getting : This file contains an unsupported audio format. The needed codec is not installed on your system. I have windows 95 operating system. Does anyone know of any solutions?
    Thanks and regards,
    Charlie

Charlie, this doesn't seem to be a development app to me. I'm moving your post to the Other Software forum.

    Hiya

Do you have RealPlayer, or RealOne? I'm thinking that the file that you're wanting to play has a codec that isn't supported by the version that you have.

Can you tell us the extensions of these files? Just rightclick and choose Properties.

If you don't have the new RealOne, you can download for free here:

    http://forms.real.com/real/realone/realone.html?dc=217216215&type=upgrade

As to the other files, which version of Windows Media Player are you using?

You may need the latest DivX:

    http://www.divx.com/divx/

Download the Free version on the left, not the middle one, as it has Spyware installed.

Also, have you got the latest updates for Codecs:

    Regards
