Lately my computer runs slow every once in awhile. When I check the task manager it shows my CPU usage at 100%. This is bogging down anything I try to do, play games, activate screen saver, surf the net, run programs, open email etc. I think it maybe the Kerio firewall that I have installed (only had it for afew weeks) because I never had this problem when I had Zone Alarm. Any suggestions?

could be many things like a cpu fan is buggering up or a power supply issue. can you press and hold the ctrl, alt and del keys then look under processes and see under the cpu usage to see that is using the processor

What specifically is running at 100%? If the System Idle Process is taking most of the time, that's how it's supposed to work.
