Trying to clean out another for the sales floor and found a few files named ActiveUpdate.zip. Are these files that I can safely get rid of? Thanks!

Under Documents and Settings...Application Data, I have a folder Toaster. A second folder within Toaster, Packages, contains 254 folders which each contain one file: ActiveUpdate.zip. So I've discovered that there are a lot more of these files on this machine than originally thought. Anyone have any knowledge of Toaster or these .zip files? Thanks!!
