Delete/recycle bin

    If you send something to the recycle bin, is it the same as deleting it only you can bring it back if you have to. Am curious about this cause would like to delete a few items but not sure if safe or not.

    Your assumption is correct. You can restore from trash if you choose as long as you haven't emptied the trash can.
    To make yourself feel better why not create a file in notepad, save it, delete it and then do a restore from trash?
