deleted internet files

hi...is there possibly some kind of way to recover temporary internet files that were deleted?? i really need your help please...thank you in advance

In most cases, no, there are some recovery programs that could recover some, but likely not. Are you sure you want to recover those files? They usually aren't the greatest to keep.
Maybe you want your history back?

Some programs like recoverer will search deleted files and attempt to recover them, but thats only if you have ample space and they haven't been overwritten. If you only have one harddrive there is a lesser chance of recovery because you may overwrite what you are recovering during restore.
