i hope im posting this in the correct place... 1. i know if you delete email through ms outlook client that email is delete but is kept by the exchange server for a certain number of days as set by the admin... correct 2. if i move an email from the inbox to a personal folder that i set up on the outlook client...is it taken off the server completely or is a copy of the email kept on the server... and if i decide to delete the email or even the folder... is that kept by exchange or is kept on the hard drive the outlook client is on.... thanks for any info... any further info about delete emails securely from an outlook client that is run by the exchange server would also be appreciated.
