How exactly did you delete drivers from your computer?

There are 2 issues with your computer that appear in the log:
    1. Its 1 TB(931 GB) hard drive is completely full and has no free space.
    2. No antivirus program is installed and running.

Your computer's ASUS P8B75-M LE motherboard has these integrated devices:
    Intel B75 chipset
    Intel HD Graphics 2500
    VIA VT1708S high definition audio
    Realtek 8111F-VB-CG gigabit Ethernet
(Note: It looks like you added an AMD Radeon R7 200 Series graphic card to it)

    I concur with Chuck.
There appears to be an issue with a version of Microsoft Visual C++ in your computer.

I was in my uninstall or change program when I deleted the DLL drives thinking I did not need them and yes my local disk (C:) is 0.98 GB free of 931 GB that is another issue I need to address.

Right-click COMPUTER, then click Properties, then click System Protection.
When the system properties window appears, click on and highlight the C: drive, then click Configure.
Move the slider to 3%, then click Apply - OK.

Right-click on RECYCLE BIN, then click Properties.
When the recycle bin properties window appears, click on and highlight the C: drive.
Type in 28600 for the number of MB's, then click Apply - OK.

After you're done with both of the above, restart the computer.

I right click on my computer, then click on properties, I do not get system properties, all I get at the bottom is 3 icons, open file location, change icon and advanced, then ok and cancel.

When you right-click COMPUTER and then click Properties, this window will appear (which I'm showing only the top portion of):
    spw.JPG

When you click System Protection, this window will appear:
    sprw.JPG

When you highlight the C: drive and then click Configure, this window will appear:
    srw.JPG

(click each image to enlarge and view)

If you don't know how to do it, have someone who does do it for you.

I assume you're referring to the instructions for the recycle bin.
I'm glad to hear you reclaimed almost 4 GB of free space. (y)

Once you complete the instructions for system restore, that should reclaim even more free space.

    Do the following next.

Go here, then click the "Download Now @ Author's Site" button to download and save TFC.exe (Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer) to your desktop.
If you get a warning that this file is unsafe, ignore the warning.
After it's downloaded and saved, restart the computer.
After the computer completely settles down from the restart, double-click TFC.exe to load its main window.
    Click the "Start" button.
If there are a large number of temp files or if there are multiple user accounts, the temp file deletion process may appear to freeze and may take a few minutes, so don't interfere with or abort it.
After it's finished, restart the computer again if prompted to.
Advise us how many temp files in MB's were found and removed.
