Deleted Virus

My Norton anti-virus detected a Trojan back door virus in my windows\wnad.exe file, I instructed them to delete the file and am wondering whether to delete the file out of the registry. What is this file in windows for and will I have problems by removing it?

That file is the 'virus', so you were right to let Norton delete it.
It's rather harmless, actually. It appears to be the "Yo Mamma, Osama" game from TwistedHumor.com,
