I have windows XP and IE 6. Now, is there a way to delete all the items in the deleted folder instead of deleting them one at a time? Gets to be a pain if you have quite a few.

You should be able to highlight the top e-mail.
Hold the Shift key and scroll to the bottom e-mail
    Left Click
This should select all the e-mails

You can set Outlook Express (if that's what you're using) to empty the Deleted Items folder every time you close the program: Tool>Options>Maintenance tab, check "Empty messages from the Deleted Items folder on exit."

Or you can go to Edit and click on "Empty Deleted Items Folder."

Heck, you can do all three (these two and Bob's) if you want! ;)

You can also highlight any message and then press control A to select all. Then delete.
