Deleting files

    Hi Im hoping someone can help me. I have incomplete files ie movies and songs. With every program closed I still get the warning...
    Can not delete file, its being used by another person or program.

    I deleted the p2p program and still can not delete

    Iv also tried to do it through search...no luck...Iv also used msconfig in the run command and unchecking normal startup and all drivers etc...rebooted, tried to delete...no luck

    I need these files off my computer Please Help !!!

    I am going to format my harddrive and do a clean install of windows.


    I will make 2 partitons

    When I am at the prompt to partition and ready to format will both partitions be formated? Or will I have to go throught the process again to format the other partition?
