Deleting Password

I have a computer I found. It looked like it may have been owned by a business. I have tried to every option possible to bypass the password(from YouTube) and wipe the computer clean. I have not been successful. I’ve even tried to go into safe mode and use command prompt, it just takes me right back to the CTRL/ ALT / Delete screen to log on. Can someone please help me. It’s a windows 7 computer
