I bought a used computer from a bank, dirt cheap. It's a pentium II. When I turn it on it defaults to a bios program that loads and asks for a password. It won't default to either the disk drive or the CD drive. I even unplugged the hard drive and it won't let me pass the screen asking for the password.

My goals are to reformat the hard drive, delete the bios software, and have the computer default to read the cd drive so I may load dos and windows on it.

    Please let me know how
