Deletion of Microsoft Network Longin

I have a home network using Linksys cards and router. Is there anyway to not have the popup screen asking you to "Enter Network Password" at the top and "Enter Your Network Password for Microsoft Networking"

When the screen pops up all processing on the PC stops untill the cancel button is hit. This is preventing me from me being able to schedule late night disk maintenance.

Any hope?

Click on Start > Control Panel. Double click on Network.
You'll see. The primary network logon for this computer is:
Change it from Client for Microsoft Networks to Windows login.
When you reboot, don't put a password in and click ok. You should not see a login window anymore.
