On my dell datasafe online icon at the bottom of my screen, there is a red exclamation mark over it. i cannot get this to go away, even after it has successfully backed up my files.
How can i remove the exclamatio point?

Are you sure all files have been successfully backed up? Does it say that there were no errors?

It says it was backed up with errors, but i cannot figure out what the errors are or how to get rid of them. It also shows a successful back-up

Well, if there were errors, then you'd want to resolve those and not just get rid of the icon. That said, I've found the Dell DataSafe backup application to be incredibly poor. As far as I know, there just isn't a way to tell what exactly the error is or what files have or haven't been backed up.

I don't have any suggestions for you because I've seen these problems over and over. Maybe someone else will have some insight.

Thanks! I am using Carbonite to back up my files right now.
I appreciate your help.

Are you familiar with QuickBooks? I have a question about that too

You need to start a new thread for a question on QuickBooks as it isn't related to this topic.
