    Hello everyone

I have recently bought "DELL INSPIRON 15R SE 7520(i7)" laptop. Its the top model.

It is running damm slow :(

I havent installed any heavy program in it till now.

I called up on customer care service, they told to change the startup program settings from "msconfig".I did that too,but still its very slow :(

It takes 2 minute to startup, and after that keeps loading itself for next 1 minute.

    Please help me guys.

    Thanks

    Welcome to TSG bluebios!

Are referring to a Clean Boot Or did they change selected items? If you didn't do a clean boot I suggest you do so.

    Thanks for replying :)
I did follow the procedure for "Clean Boot",but dint found anything usefull. When i disable every service from msconfig, the laptop loaded in 30 seconds. When i again enabled every item in msconfig,it again took that much old time.

When i called dell customer care, the said that disable the services in msconfig which are not necessary. But there are a bunch of services running in msconfig. How will i find which is necessary or not.
