There is a little circle with an "i" in it, next to the power button on my laptop. I can't exactly figure out what internet address to put in the dial up box. If I type in my home page, it doesn't Dialup first. I need to know what address to put in that will dial up and THen open the home page with ONE click.

Currently, I click once my Earthlink icon on the desktop and everything opens up the way I want it to with one click. I need to find out what that icon dials up I'm pretty sure and transfer that address over to the "i" button.

Doesn't the 'i' icon just open your browser? If so, the settings are in your browser. E.g., in IE, tools>internet options>connections (tab) and therein you can specify what connection to use or (in your case) tell it to 'always dial my default connection' and point to your Earthlink dialer.
