Windows-64 bit, Windows 7 Pro.

Normally when I need to make an image, I can engage our Ghost Solution Suite via PXE boot through the laptop or PC in question. However, it keeps hanging at this message:
"Altiris, inc. X86PC Preboot, PXE2.x Enhanced Build ID=402"

The ONLY thing I can find that can fix it is the Intel Boot Agent, but that is part of the BIOS. The BIOS firmware is updated to the most recent, but still hangs. Tried an older BIOS, but same. Fast Boot is at Thorough, and taking with Dell doesn't help. Laptop is out of warranty, so no help from them.

The PXE Boot has no issues on newer equipment. In fact, this is the only device/model I have had this particular issue on. Any ideas?

The Intel Boot Agent was the problem (just need to figure out how to change it). It's an old but known flaw in the Intel Agent 1.5.3x series.
