I just received this printer and installed it on my Dell Dimension 4600 and It operates fine. However, I keep getting -- every time I boot up -- that it can't install the "disk drive" drivers. The printer is listed 4 times on the hardware profile under "disk drives" with exclamation points, each of which states that there are no drivers installed. I have tried installing the drivers, removing the printer and un-installing the software and re-installing several times, but each time I get the same notices. I haven't tried the smart card reader function yet, but I suspect this aspect of the printer may be causing the problem. I can't even open a ticket with Dell since they don't yet recognize my express code for this printer.

I would appreciate any input. Thanks.

The problem is after repeated attempts -- it won't install the "disk drive" drivers so that I can access CF or SD cards from my Dimension 4600. I keep getting -- every time I boot up -- that there was an error (Code 31) installing the "driver.sys" driver. It also states that "the driver can not act as a service".
