today i tried connecting to my wireless router through my laptop, which has been working just fine since is a new laptop, to get internet access seems like the status is connected but it wont access the internet, my router network is strong and when i try connecting it just wont, but my second laptop will. what would be the problem? could it be my built in card?

edit: seems like im connected now but network is really slow and it constantly disconnects and connects.
could it be a virus instead?..

If you have other wireless computers connected, sometimes IP addresses can become confused depending on how you have configured your router. If it is safe to do so then sometimes powering off your router for 30 seconds can fix this.

Also, scan your system with SuperAntiSpyware, trackers, when there are enough of them can cause these network symptoms also.
